Please be advised that we will be performing a scheduled network maintenance during the following dates and times:
Friday, December 21, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. PT to Saturday, December 22, 2018 at 12:00 p.m. PT.
This maintenance is necessary to perform upgrades on our network. During this maintenance, we will be performing the following:
- i-Series Monthly Backups
- Infinite Visions Update
- Web Host Server Software Updates
- Storage System Firmware Update
There will be limited impact during this maintenance window, although you may experience instances of latency and/or packet loss lasting up to 10 minutes each.
