The BIS Help Desk is available for questions regarding the BIS Suite of Products including Infinite Visions, iVisions (web portal), InTouch/TouchBase/TBLite and ESP.
There are two ways to contact the BIS Help Desk:

- By submitting a ticket online using Web Help Desk

BIS Help Desk Guidelines
- Designated district staff or district office staff contact the BIS Help Desk. This prevents an issue being reported multiple times by different users. It also helps the district support staff be aware of and understand any current issues.
- District Technology Support Staff contact the LBL Network Solutions Team to ask questions or initiate a request for service in their district.
- Teachers / School Staff contact your building or district office support person for questions or to report an issue.
