Information Systems

The LBL Information Systems Program provides a comprehensive Student Information Suite (SIS) to districts and schools across Oregon. The suite includes an administrative student information system (LBL’s WebSIS), teacher gradebook and attendance (Gradebook) and master/student scheduler (SILK). These integrated applications offer secure, configurable access to student demographics, enrollment, grades, schedules and much more. The system provides district offices with automated submission of many State reports, and significant data assistance with others. Additional modules available to districts include powerful Special Education data management (TIENET) and data analysis (Argos) tools.

All applications in the LBL SIS Suite are accessible via secure web connections. Applications and data are hosted by LBL’s secure data center in Albany, Oregon. Server health and performance are constantly monitored by the LBL Network Services group. Regular system maintenance ensures that the applications are available and functioning properly.

LBL also offers comprehensive application support including Help Desk, Level 2 (extended) support, liaison with application vendors, skilled implementation teams and highly qualified trainers/consultants. A secure web portal allows users to submit questions and issues directly to LBL. Product documentation (user manuals, quick reference guides and FAQs) are available online.

Important Message

LBL ESD is providing modified services due to COVID-19 and the statewide school closure. Please contact 541-812-2600 for assistance. Limited staffing during the closure will make response to public inquiry difficult, and some inquiries may be delayed until programs reopen.
