Dear Superintendents and Administrators,

I want to assure you that all of LBL’s Student Information Systems applications are running normally during this extended school closure. My staff is available as always to support you during these trying times. As far as the systems are concerned, it is “business as usual.” The following are some recommendations and guidelines to help you make the most effective use of LBL’s SIS Suite. We recommend that you make no changes to your district and school calendars until we get further guidance from ODE regarding ADM and attendance reporting.
|

LBL cleared pre-excused absences for all schools from March 16-April 28.
|

Essential Skills for Graduating Seniors
|
|
We removed the Essential Skills requirement from the current diploma codes (Honors, Standard, Modified, Oregon). All graduation plans automatically updated. High schools need to use the WebSIS Diploma Tracking screen to check-off the seniors who have completed Plan/Profile, CRLE, and Extended Application requirements. This will show you who is on track for graduation.
