This newsletter contains the latest guidance from ODE and how our system is prepared to meet those requirements. You can breathe a sigh of relief that for the most part, it is business as usual. We've made a few tweaks and adjustments that will make your end of the year Annual ADM reporting a breeze! I will continue sending these updates as we receive new guidance to keep you informed on how they affect your student data. Stay Healthy, and remember to call us if you need anything!

Important, up to the minute information for

Calendars should remain as they were prior to March 13.

Do not change existing session days to non-school days in the LBL WebSIS and Gradebook calendars.

According to the latest ODE guidelines for 9th-11th grades, "all districts in Oregon shall move from letter grades to Pass/Incomplete (Or local equivalent) for the remainder of the 2019-2020 school year." Other grade level guidelines are coming soon. Please note that if a student makes up an incomplete next year, it will have to be manually updated to a "Pass" in WebSIS.

Essential Skills and Personalized Learning Requirements for this year's seniors and juniors are suspended. They have been turned off in WebSIS.
