 s\n\n 	Focuses on prevention &amp\; verbal de-escalation skills\n 	Provide
 s tools for decision making and management of complex behaviors\n 	Provide
 s skills to recognize the stages of an escalating crisis\n 	Teaches decisi
 on -making skills to match the level of response to the risk of the crisis
 \n 	Teaches disengagement safety and physical intervention techniques with
 in a risk assessment framework\n\nFormat &amp\; Details\n\n 	Participants 
 will complete an asynchronous virtual training component (approximately 
 4-8 hours)\, as a PREREQUISITE to:\n 	In person full day training which i
 ncludes synthesis and application of materials as well as physical interve
 ntion techniques. All training will be at LBL ESD.\n\nRegistration\nChoose
