Linda Williams, SBHS Medicaid Operations and Policy Analyst and Lasa Baxter, SBHS Medicaid Program Operations Specialist will be here to review Fee for Service Medicaid claiming. This is an opportunity for you to learn about codes, types of service you can claim, and the documentation process. This is the annual training you receive as a service from the LBL ESD. For newly hired qualified specialist this will serve as an initial training.
Who: Any district staff involved in Fee for Service Medicaid billing.
What:
- Two-hour session for: SLPs, Audiologists, OT/PTs, Nurses, and other (i.e. Medicaid Coordinators) 9 – 11 a.m.
- Question and Answer Session for District Medicaid Coordinators: 11:15 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
