 Administrator\, District Special Education Coordinator/Director\, District
  Census Coordinator\, Teacher advocates who will be completing the Decembe
 r Census Special Education Exit Collection and/or Child Find Reports\; sho
 uld be familiar with Special Education record keeping.\n\nMaterials:\n\nNo
 te: manuals are in the process of being updated to Version 21. If prompted
  for user name and password call PowerSchool Special Programs (TIENET) sup
 port at 877.967.7733 for log on information.\n\nPrint and bring the follo
 wing documents which can be found at: PowerSchool Documentation\n\n 	Staf
 f Documentation:\nQuick Reference Guide: " Related Service Description wit
 h State Codes"\n 	System Administrator Documentation:\nManuals: "PSSP Dece
 mber Census Manual"and "Utility Too Manual"\n\nParticipants working on the
  December Census please bring the following:\n\n 	A flash drive to burn da
 ta files created in the Census reporting process. These files are the dist
 rict's Dec Census archive records which can be used for future reference.\
 n 	Any documentation to help you complete the December Census reporting on
  an individual student.\n 	Any ODE documentation for using the ODE SECC Da
 ta Manager and instructions on submitting data to the ODE Consolidated Stu
 dent Collection.\n 	Have sign-on rights to the ODE District Website and ma
 ke sure you have rights to the Dec Special Education Child Count (SECC) an
 d the SSID applications for reporting purposes.\n 	Have sign-on right to t
 he ODE SECC Data Manager\n\nRegistration \nParticipants must register. If 
 no registrations are completed\, this training will be canceled 24 hours p
 rior to the date. Please register at least 2 working days prior to the tra
 ining date.
