DESCRIPTION:Audience:\nPowerSchool System Administrator\, District Special 
 Education Coordinator/Director\, District Census Coordinator\, Teacher adv
 ocates who will be completing the June Collection reports\; should be fami
 liar with Special Education record keeping.\n\nThis training session cover
 s a walk-through of the June Collection process using the PowerSchool Spec
 ial Education system to submit the June Exit Collection and Special Educat
 ion Child Find (Indicator 11) state reports.\n\nThe session will cover the
  following:\n* Reports used to verify a student's census data\n* Report fe
 atures - Downloading State June Exit Collection and State Child Find Repor
 ts\n* Import data into the ODE District Website\, IDEA Data Manager Applic
 ation\n\nCourse Materials:\n\nThe course materials will be sent to registe
 red participants.\n\n 	System Administrator Documentation:\nManuals: "PSSP
  Child Find Manual"\, "PSSP June Exit Collection Manual"\, and "Using the 
 PSSP Utility Tool"\n\nRegistration:\nParticipants must register. If no reg
 istrations are completed\, this training will be canceled 24 hours prior t
 o the date. Please register at least 2 working days prior to the training
