DESCRIPTION:LBL Staff will support districts submitting the June Exit Colle
 ction and Child Find (Indicator 11) State Reports via an online session. R
 egister for a "PS Special Programs (TIENET) June Collections Support" then
  LBL Staff will send the online meeting session information\, see session 
 times below. Registrations will be closed when sessions are full. \n\n\nSe
 ssion 1 - 8:00 am - 10:00 am\n\nSession 2 - 10:00 am - noon\n\nSession 3 -
  1:30 pm - 3:30 pm\n\nIf you have further questions\, call the PowerSchool
  Special Programs (formally TIENET) Help desk at 877 967-7733\n\nAudience:
 \nPowerSchool System Administrator\, District Special Education Coordinato
 r/Director\, District Census Coordinator\, Teacher advocates who will be c
 ompleting the June Collection reports\; should be familiar with Special Ed
 ucation record keeping.\n\nMaterials:\n\nIf prompted for user name and pas
 sword call PowerSchool support at 877.967.7733 for log on information.\n\n

 e State reporting process. These files are the district's June Collection 
 archive records which can be used for future reference\n 	Have any documen
 tation to help you complete the June State reporting on an individual stud
 ent.\n 	Have any ODE documentation for using the IDEA Data Manager Applica
 tion and instructions on submitting data to the ODE Consolidated Student C
 ollection.\n 	Have sign-on rights to the ODE District Website and make sur
 e you have "Edit" rights to the June Special Education Exit Collection\, S
 pecial Education Child Find (Indicator 11)\, IDEA Data Manager Application
  and the SSID applications for reporting purposes.\n 	Have your ODE Distri
 ct Website log on information.\n\nRegistration:\nParticipants must registe
