DESCRIPTION:Audience:\nPowerSchool System Administrator\, District Special 
 Education Coordinator/Director\, District Census Coordinator\, Teacher adv
 ocates who will be completing the June Collection reports\; should be fami
 liar with Special Education record keeping.\n\nThis training session cover
 s a walk-through of the June Collection process using the PowerSchool Spec
 ial Education (TIENET) system to submit the June Exit Collection and Speci
 al Education Child Find (Indicator 11) state reports.\n\nThe session will 
 cover the following:\n* Reports used to verify a student's census data\n* 
 Report features - Downloading State June Exit Collection and State Child F
 ind Reports\n* Import data into the ODE District Website\, IDEA Data Manag
 er Application\n\nCourse Materials:\n\nIf prompted for user name and passw
 ord call PowerSchool support at 877.967.7733 for log on information.\n\n\n
 Print and bring to the training the following documents which can be foun

 tes:\n\n 	Have any documentation to help you complete the June State repor
 ting on an individual student.\n 	Have any ODE documentation for using the
  IDEA Data Manager Application and instructions on submitting data to the 
 ODE Consolidated Student Collection.\n 	Have sign-on rights to the ODE Dis
 trict Website and make sure you have "Edit" rights to the June Special Edu
 cation Exit Collection\, Special Education Child Find (Indicator 11)\, IDE
 A Data Manager Application and the SSID applications for reporting purpose
