REGISTRATION REQUIRED: This is an open lab environment for district and school staff. Seats/machines are limited. The primary focus is project work related to ODE state reporting or SILK Scheduling. LBL SIS staff are available to work with individuals on specific questions or tasks. Typical tasks people use this lab time for include:
- ODE Instruction Unit Identifier (IUID) preparation (open now)
- ODE Staff Assignment preparation (3/21/2019 – 4/19/2019)
- Federal OCR 1718 report preparation –Argos clients only (2/08/2019 – 4/26/2019)
- 2019-2020 SILK Master Schedule preparation
- Registar Online Course Request setup
ODE State Reporters:
IUID is open now and must be completed before you can begin your Staff Assignment report. The Staff Assignment reporting window is March 21 – April 19. It may take 1-4 weeks to gather and update the information for these reports, depending on the size of your district and level of data cleanup required. Do not wait until the last week of the reporting window to begin the process. File downloads can be run from WebSIS at anytime before the window opens and verification work can begin.
PREREQUISITES – Review the following information prior to attending a lab:
School/District information you will need to complete these reports:
- Course catalog with correct NCES codes
- Current Class Schedule Load report
- Staff position codes
