This session is RESERVED for  Mt. Angel school staff.  

LOCATION:  Mt. Angel District office. Please bring your computers.

Please follow district COVID-19 protocol for this in-person meeting. Budget restrictions may prevent LBL staff from traveling in August.  Instruction may be provided online during this session.

Every year each school is responsible for completing the WebSIS Start of Year checklist (Processes menu > Start of Year checklist).  Tasks include Wazzle gradebook setup, WebSIS calendar, profile, and assorted processes, and SILK Scheduling.  These sessions are for elementary, middle, high school and charter schools.  Please have a representative from each building attend.

In this session we will:

  • Show new features and enhancements to WebSIS and Gradebook
  • Complete the majority of tasks required before Day 1 of school calendar
  • Gradebook templates will be reviewed closely – many schools changed templates due to spring ‘Distance Learning for All’
    • templates must be reset for the new school year

All Schools – Please bring the following information:  (if you are attending the session online, a workstation with 2 monitors is highly recommended)

  • Grading dates
  • Current staff list
