This session is RESERVED for Prospect school staff. (registered district name will be added to calendar as session is reserved)
LOCATION: TBD – due to COVID-19 restrictions and physical distance guidelines, LBL ESD labs will not be available in August and these sessions may be held online. Large districts, if you have a large lab space, you may want to sign-up for 2 sessions (morning/afternoon) and we may be able to travel to your site. Budget restrictions may prevent LBL staff from traveling next year. We will contact each registered district to finalize location options.
Every year each school is responsible for completing the WebSIS Start of Year checklist (Processes menu > Start of Year checklist). Tasks include Wazzle gradebook setup, WebSIS calendar, profile, and assorted processes, and SILK Scheduling. These sessions are for elementary, middle, high school and charter schools. Please have a representative from each building attend.
In this session we will:
- Show new features and enhancements to WebSIS and Gradebook
- Complete the majority of tasks required before Day 1 of school calendar
- Gradebook templates will be reviewed closely – many schools changed templates due to spring ‘Distance Learning for All’
- templates must be reset for the new school year
