Audience: District ODE State Reporters
Staff Assignment and Class Roster both require information that is gathered from the IUID report. LBL WebSIS provides pre-formatted, pre-populated files for these three reports. Each report requires some manual adjustment before uploading to ODE.
- The IUID collection opens in October of each year, and closes the following September (example: 10/2017 – 09/2018).
- Staff Assignment opens 3/22/18 and closes 4/20/18.
- This report is redesigned for 17/18. New data fields are required.
- Class Roster opens 5/10/18 and closes 7/2/18.

PREREQUISITE – Review the following information prior to attending this lab:

- ODE’s Class Roster Material
School/District information you will need to complete these reports:
- Course catalog w/correct NCES codes
- Current class schedule load report
- Staff position code
CAUTION: It may take 1-4 weeks to gather and update the information for these reports, depending on the size of your district and level of data cleanup required. Do not wait until the last week of the reporting window to begin the process. File downloads can be run from WebSIS at anytime before the window opens and verification work can begin.
