DESCRIPTION:The LBL Team is offering this online session early in August to
  allow adequate setup time. A reference guide and this recorded session wi
 ll be posted for staff to view as their schedule allows.\n\nTraining Descr
 iption:  \n\nThis session will cover Hall Pass set up and demonstrate ho
 w to create and manage Hall Passes.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nAudience:\n\nThis sessio
 n is targeted for staff who manage the naming of classrooms within Synergy
  (often the registrars) and for staff who will be viewing and/or creating 
 Hall Passes.\n\nDistrict &amp\; School level decision makers are involved 
 in the setup process to decide:\n\n 	which rooms (classrooms\, main office
 \, counseling office\, bathrooms\, etc.) are available for Hall Pass desti
 nations\;\n 	setting a default time limit per room\;\n 	which rooms requir
 e staff approval when students request a hall pass\; and\,\n 	identify any
  student restrictions.\n 	Note – These decisions need to be made prior t
 o the start of the school year or prior to starting the Hall Pass feature.
  Additional district/school conversations and decisions require considerin
 g student cell phone use during the school day in relationship to using Ha
 ll Pass.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nRegistration:\nParticipants must register. If no re
 gistrations are completed\, this training will be canceled 24 hours prior 
 to the date. Please register at least 2 working days prior to the training
  date.  A Zoom link will be sent to registered participants\n\nPresenters
 :  Robbie Lockrem\, Jenni Peterson\n\nZoom Meeting Session: Link will be 
 emailed to all registered participants prior to the training.
