DESCRIPTION:Audience:\nSynergy SE System Administrator\, District Special E
 ducation Coordinator/Director\, District Census Coordinator\, Teacher advo
 cates who will be completing the December 1st Census Collection report\; s
 hould be familiar with Special Education record keeping.\n\nThis training 
 session covers a walk-through of the Dec Census process using the Synergy 
 SE and SIS system.\nThe session will cover the following:\n* Review studen
 t screens - OR Tab and Special Ed Student Services\n* State Reporting Proc
 ess - Running the SECC Snapshot\n\nCourse Materials:\n\nNote: The Dec Cens
 us training documentation is being created and will be posted shortly.\n\n
 Prerequisites/Notes:\n\n 	Have any documentation to help you complete the 
 State December Census reporting on an individual student.\n 	Have any ODE 
 documentation for using the ODE SECC Data Manager and instructions on subm
 itting data to the ODE Consolidated Student Collection.\n 	Have sign-on ri
 ghts to the ODE District Website and make sure you have rights to the Dec 
 Special Education Child Count (SECC) and the SSID applications for reporti
 ng purposes.\n 	Have sign-on right to the ODE SECC Data Manager\n\nRegistr
 ation:\nParticipants must register. If no registrations are completed\, th
 is training will be canceled 24 hours prior to the date. Please register a
 t least 2 working days prior to the training date.\n\nPresenter:  Sylvia
