DESCRIPTION:Due to COVID -19  the Facilitated lab\, face to face\, session
 s cannot be held. Instead\, LBL Staff will support districts submitting th
 e June Exit Collection and Child Find (Indicator 11) State Reports via an 
 on line session. Register for a "PS Special Programs (TIENET) June Collect
 ions Support" then LBL Staff will call to arrange a block of time\, see se
 ssion times below. Registrations will be closed when sessions are full. \n
 \n\nSession 1 - 8:30 am - 10:30 am\n\nSession 2 - 10:30 am - 12:30 pm\n\nI

 dinator/Director\, District Census Coordinator\, Teacher advocates who wil
 l be completing the June Collection reports\; should be familiar with Spec

 State reporting process. These files are the district's June Collection ar
 chive records which can be used for future reference\n 	Have any documenta
 tion to help you complete the June State reporting on an individual studen
 t.\n 	Have any ODE documentation for using the IDEA Data Manager Applicati
 on and instructions on submitting data to the ODE Consolidated Student Col
 lection.\n 	Have sign-on rights to the ODE District Website and make sure 
 you have "Edit" rights to the June Special Education Exit Collection\, Spe
 cial Education Child Find (Indicator 11)\, IDEA Data Manager Application a
 nd the SSID applications for reporting purposes.\n 	Have your ODE District
  Website log on information.\n\nRegistration:\nParticipants must register.
  If no registrations are completed\, this session will be canceled 24 hour
 s prior to the date. Please register at least 2 working days prior to the
