LBL WebSIS provides automated file submission for the ODE Cumulative ADM Report. This report is the primary Basic School Funding report. It includes all students for basic funding as well as additional weighted funding for English language learning, pregnant and parenting students, and Alternative Ed programs. Schools must complete enrollment, additional programs, attendance, and flag entry and confirm enrollment balancing screens before the district office can submit the report to ODE.
Communication between the district office and schools is important for accurate state reporting. LBL WebSIS provides district level screens to assist in monitoring student data. Certain data is only viewable at the school level, but an open line of communication with your schools will help limit potential errors.
