We will discuss the steps to prepare for the Staff Assignment collection. Synergy has a variety of tools to in aid reporting the various scenarios encountered.

PREREQUISITE – All staff who are included in the collection must have a USID number.  All courses included in the report must have a IUID number.

Synergy Screens that will be accessed: Districts State Requirements, School State Requirements, Section, Bell Schedule Definitions, Staff. In this training we will be using editable queries.

The first hour of this training will be in person and Zoom. After the training, the lab will be open until 2 p.m. Please email me directly if you will be attending in person so I can arrange for additional monitors, or laptops. renee.martinez@lblesd.k12.or.us
