Synergy – New District Security Admin Basic Training

This session will provide an introduction to key components of user management in Synergy, including navigation of the User screen, User Groups, and the PAD Security page. Participants will learn best practices for assigning roles and tasks, understand how PAD Security functions, and explore the implications of over-assigning permissions. We’ll also cover how to access and use supporting documentation, manage user accounts, test permissions, and handle new or inactive staff.
