How do I create an account?

An account will be created for you automatically when you register for your first event.

Your username will be based on your name you enter in the event registration form field and your password will be generated automatically and emailed to you using the email address you also provide on the same event registration form.

Once an account has been created for you after registering for your first event, you may log in at any time and register for future events, manage your event bookings or update your profile information.

How do I register for an event?

If this is your first time registering for an event on this site, please fill out the guest registration form on the page for the event you wish to attend.

After you register for your first event, an account will be created automatically for you. Once you receive your account information in your email, you may use it to log in at any time to register for future events.

How do I cancel an event booking?

After your account has been created, log in and go to “My Bookings” to see a list of your event bookings. Click the “Cancel” link next to the booking for the event you don’t wish to attend anymore.

I lost / want to change my password, what do I do?

If you have lost your password for your account, click here to create a new one via email.

Change Password

If you want to change your password, you may either click here to perform the “lost password” procedure or log in and go to “My Profile” and create a new password on that page.

How do I receive alerts for future events of a specific category?

You have the option to subscribe to a category’s RSS feed.

Go to “Categories” and select the category you want to follow. On the single category page, select your option under the “Subscribe to Category” heading.
