This session is designed for elementary teachers who want to become more confident using TeacherVUE and Grade Book for everyday classroom tasks—like recording attendance, creating assignments, and entering grades (a.k.a. the things we promise ourselves we’ll update before Friday afternoon).
We’ll explore the Home Menu, including notifications, student notes, student profiles, seating charts, submitting attendance, recording lunch counts (if used by your district), and making the most of the home page tiles.
Next, we’ll dive into the Grade Book Menu, where we’ll use the setup stepper to create assignment categories, set rounding and display options, link standards, enter scores and notes, and run progress reports.
Finally, we’ll take a quick look at Other Reports that can help you stay organized, informed, and possibly a few steps ahead of your inbox.
By the end of the session, you’ll have the tools you need to keep your grade book accurate, your attendance submitted, and your sanity mostly intact.
