Countdown to Event
This session is designed for secondary teachers who want to learn—or refresh—their skills using TeacherVUE and Grade Book for everyday classroom essentials like recording attendance, creating assignments, and entering grades (because the grade book won’t update itself… unfortunately).
We’ll start with the Home Menu, including notifications, student notes, student profiles, seating charts, submitting attendance, recording lunch counts (if used by your district), and making the most of the home page tiles.
Next, we’ll explore the Grade Book Menu, where we’ll walk through the setup stepper to create assignment categories, adjust rounding and display options, create assignments, enter scores and notes, and run progress reports to keep everyone informed.
We’ll wrap up with a look at Other Reports that can help you quickly find the information you need—without needing a detective badge or extra coffee.
