Facilitated lab time for working on the Special Education June Collection reports.

Audience:
PS Special Programs / Synergy SE System Administrator, District Special Education Coordinator/Director, District Census Coordinator, Teacher advocates who will be completing the June Collection reports; should be familiar with Special Education record keeping.

Materials:

Note: Manuals are in the process of being updated or created. If prompted for username and password call the LBL ESD Student Services Help Desk at 866.914.2800.

PowerSchool Special Programs:

Print and have available the following documents which can be found at: PowerSchool Special Programs Documentation

• System Administrator Documentation:
  Manuals: “PSSP Child Find Manual”, “PSSP June Exit Collection Manual”, and “Using the PSSP Utility Tool”

Synergy SE:

Print and have available the following documents which can be found at: Training Resources for Synergy > Special Education (SE) 

NOTE: Manuals are being created and they will be posted prior to support session.

Participants working on the June Exit and Child Find will need:

• Documentation to help you complete the State June Collections reporting on an individual student.
• Have any ODE documentation for using the ODE SECC Data Manager and instructions on submitting data to the ODE Consolidated Student Collection.
• Have sign-on rights to the ODE District Website and make sure you have rights to the June Exit and Child Find and the SSID applications for reporting purposes.
• Have sign-on rights to the ODE SECC Data Manager.
• Bring your own laptop and charger. Please let LBL staff know if you will need a laptop for this session so we can reserve one for you.

Registration:
Participants must register. If no registrations are completed, this session will be canceled 24 hours prior to the date. Please register at least 2 working days prior to the session date.
