Please join us for LBL ESDs Mentoring & Coaching Collaborative. We will meet throughout the year to connect, learn together, and collaborate to support our teachers in positively impacting student learning.

Facilitated by Tami DuFault-Toomb and Cindy Drouhard, participants will engage in strategies to support mentoring conversations, authentic reflection, and collaborative problem solving. Sessions will be centered around Kate Murphy’s You’re Not Listening.
This in-person opportunity is intended for educators supporting improvements in instruction such as mentors, TOSAs, and instructional coaches.
