This 3-month online winter series will take place on Wednesdays via Zoom:

- Reset, recharge, and reconnect in a supportive space
- Bite-sized strategies you can integrate right away
Live Classes (Online)
Held every other Wednesday from 3:30-4:30pm Pacific Time
- Class 1: January 21
- Class 2: February 4
- Class 3: February 18
- Class 4: March 4
- Class 5: March 18
- Class 6: April 1
On-Demand Recordings: Live attendance is strongly encouraged. For those who may need to miss a class, all sessions will be recorded so you won’t miss out.
