The Human Resource program is committed to supporting all LBL ESD employees in achieving the LBL ESD mission to provide flexible, effective, and efficient educational services.

The LBL ESD Human Resources staff is available to assist current employees with matters related to their current employment status or other personnel topics.

The Human Resources staff is also available to assist individuals seeking employment with any questions related to the employment process.

In addition to supporting our employees and prospective employees the Human Resources program is available to support our districts regarding personnel issues. Examples of such services include specific personnel research, facilitation of risk management efforts, collaboration on personnel issues, collaboration on regional job fairs, etc.

Substitute Registration

LBL ESD assists districts in securing licensed teacher substitutes in the Linn and Benton counties. If you are interested in applying to be in this pool of candidates that districts can access when substitutes are needed, click here: https://lblesd.tedk12.com/hire/ViewJob.aspx?JobID=1366

The districts we support with this application pool are:

Central Linn, Harrisburg, Linn Benton Lincoln ESD, Monroe, Scio, Santiam Canyon, and Sweet Home.
